140 potential customers have seen this and hopefully decided to take their business elsewhere. Thats a lot of money this company didnt steal. Good.
They totally hosed my short sale and eventually forced me into bankruptcy. Totally incompetent.
Yes, if they were as competent as they are incompetent, they would be they be worth all the hype and all, but there not and therefore what you pay for is not always what you get, like paying for a diamond and getting a lump of coal instead. SAD...it's catching up to them, they wont' be able to continue at this rate for much longer
I can not truly say I was "scammed", but I do feel that the exact same things happened with my family. No results, resubmission of paper work (expected of course, but not to the extent required, not returning messages, not really being in contact with my creditors to help with the "debtor workout".
On their behalf I did have time to put money aside for when and, at this point if, the creditors do come to an agreement with us. We didn't want to cheat anyone out of anything; just needed help working out our debt. We went the whole KEL route: Attorneys for a short sale, KEL Realtor, KEL debtor workout to negotiate our debts to give us time to get back on track.
Even though financially we are back on track and have repeatedly told KEL, we still don't have our debt worked out.
It has been over a year now. We did not renew our contract. :?

Yes I agree, I want to be a part of it, I have had about the same experience with them. I can never talk to the same person in that office, always someone different.
I told them since I am paying them,, that makes me the boss. hey don't return calls and lost paper work once, then I had to resubmmit them and have to keep giving them the same paperwork over and over again.
Yes,our house was going to be auctioned off on Christmas day due to KEL's incompetence! Their response was" they won't kick you out on Christmas day"....@###@!

We paid over 3000.00 and have yet to receive refund we were promised. They take advantage of the all ready struggling families,they should be ashamed!

I have worked for kel several years in Orlando and Tampa. It's all a scam and I am ashamed to work for these people. I'm sorry to all the people I had a hand in scamming.
